Position: a. Corporate Strategy Expert:
- To evaluate and set-up company strategy in mapping out the
company's business or market
- To provide recommendation to BOD regarding the market trends
- To prepare company's strategic business plan towards the
market and in order to boost-up company's revenue
- To work closely with Sales and Marketing Operation to evaluate
company's business operation
Position: b. Operational Performance Expert:
- To perform company's operation activity in maintenance
facility for aviation
- To analyze company's operation in order to prepare an
efficient and effective operation system recommendation for management
- To improve the operational performance of the company in order
to support the business leveraging
For Corporate Strategy the candidate may come from other different business
but must have sense of analyzing and establishing company strategy of large
size of business; Maintenance Facility sales turn over ratio can reach 4-6
trillions a year.
For Operational Performance Expert is preferably someone who's coming from
aviation industry since the person needs to analyze the operation and
improve the operational system thru recommendation to management.
Basic requirements:
- Preferably age not more than 35 years old
- Fluent in English of both oral and written
- Must be holding bachelor degree in Mechanics, Industrial, and
machine engineering
- Must be holding a master degree in Management (MM) preferably from UI (in
International/business/ strategic Management) for
Corporate Strategy Expert, while for Operational Performance expert must be
coming from production/operational management.
Remuneration and benefits:
- salary open
- no coy car
- medical based on plafond both of in and outpatient
- 1 year contract and permanent afterwards for those whose age
not more than 35 years old
- contract basis for those whose older than 35 years old
